Hanging of the Greens

Here we are thinking about Christmas! It does not seem possible except that we do now have colder weather. When it was 80 degrees, it didn't seem possible.

To start the Advent Season, our New Room Church families will come together at the First Meriden UMC Campus for a Family Reunion and Hanging of the Greens Service. This interactive service features the New Room Children who will present the decorations as different members of the New Room celebrate their meaning.

This special celebration will highlight our New Room combined choir and the talents of some of our New Room musicians.
