Charge Conference this Sunday 10-30

Please come and join our first New Room Church Conference which takes place this Sunday 30 October from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Southington Grace UMC (121 Pleasant St. Southington 06489). Here’s what our Conference will look like:

- 2:00-2:30: Ministry Fair and Reception. Please bring some goodies to share!

- 2:30-3:00: Worship celebration.

- 3:00-4:00: Church Conference for the New Room where we’ll receive, adopt and vote on budgets and trustees slates for each campus, ratify the Nominating Committee report, and celebrate what Jesus is doing for and through us.

Please be present for this very important meeting. All members of any of the New Room Campuses have voice and vote at this important meeting.
