Easter Flowers Order Form

April 4 is Easter Sunday and once again, we will be filling our sanctuary with the colors of Spring.

All Easter plants will be 6" pots and will be $10.00 each.

If you would like to put a plant in our sanctuary, please fill out the form below and return with your payment to

Maryjane Sandell no later than March 21.

Daffodil

Hyacinths (choose your color) purple, pink, white

Tulips (choose your color) yellow, pink, white, red, purple
